Very often joint processes are made into the log for the whole height of the log and in some cases the end result is not beautiful. In such cases Maanhonka uses half-jointing, with which the end result is finished without unnecessary processes.

SPECIAL JOINTS

Maanhonka also uses special processes in situations where, for instance, a single log is attached to the house's log frame.

By using these and numerous special processes enabled by the Maanhonka flexible machinery we guarantee that the completed log house will always look well finished and neat.

MACHINE-TOOLING BEAMS AND PILLARS

Maanhonka will also deliver the glue-timber beams and pillars needed for a log house, and they will always be cut to the determined size, which means, for instance, that the beam shoes will remain hidden inside the beam.
