TRADITIONAL LOG CORNER

In the Maanhonka traditional log corner the insulation strip on the top of the logs continues across the corner joint. In addition to this the insulation strip is wound around the joint in the corner, which makes the corner tight and warm.

With the Maanhonka standard corner the corner crossing will be chosen according to the log size so that we will find the best possible solution for the corner's durability and appearance.

MAANHONKA CITY-CORNER

In addition to the traditional corner Maanhonka has developed the City-Corner especially suitable for city environment and planning regulations, which have no corner crossing. To achieve a good quality finished product Maanhonka City-Corner is finished completely in the factory.

The Maanhonka City-Corner has a three-fold insulation. In addition to the normal insulation between the logs City-Corner is fitted with a double expanding insulation so that the Maanhonka City-Corner is a remarkably tight and warm solution.

The final result is crowned with massive corner planks, standard to Maanhonka deliveries and suitable to the log house style, which are made from 25mm glued timber.
