MAANHONKA DUETTO -09

Our aim was to design a complete range which would include functional and pleasant log houses for family use. We got ideas for this from our own families' daily life. Duetto became a log house range which is modern and complies with the latest regulations.

This how the timeless Maanhonka Duetto was born: atmospheric, fresh and airy log house range, which you recognise from the following features.

DUETTO LOG HOUSES FROM OUTSIDE

Pitched roof and pairs of roof pillars give eloquence to Duetto houses. All entrances are covered and therefore easily glazed. The houses are easily modifiable to different sites.

THE LOG HOUSES FROM INSIDE

Slanted internal ceilings give expansion and space upwards. Large windows are easy to maintain and they light up the interior. The functionality of the houses has been improved with the way the furniture is positioned and with the diversity of living space. There are two showers in the washrooms, one of which can be replaced with a wash-hand basin or a toilet seat.

The houses do not require separate entry porches, though the possibility to add them has been taken into account in planning stages. The position of the fireplaces is financially as economical as possible. In addition to these the house design takes into account possible needs for technological space as well as space for pets living in the house.
